How to get six pack abs

Push ups are great upper body exercise. They build strength and muscle size fast. Doing sets of various pushups you should have strong and well developed chest, shoulders and triceps in short amount of time. After developing great upper body it's time to get a nice ripped six pack.

Hello, im a 13 year old and im up to 20 to 25 push-up sets.
I try to do 40-60 push-ups a day to get stronger.

I did like 100 push ups one night and was just fine, in fact I felt great, but the next night I was beginning my exercise with some crunches and jumping jacks and after my 2nd set of 25 push ups my upper back went all to hell....does anyone have any tips on what I done wrong and how to not do it again

I'm doing 100 - 150 pushups every other morning, I feel like I can do 100 more how ever is there one type of pushu up I can try.

Any girl that says you have to look a certain way isn't worth talking to. Don't sweat the six pack for a while. Just be healthy and go meet some girls who are actually cool.

hello i am 13 years old and i do 50 pushups everyday and its getting there i need 4 more days to go to get a 8 pack and if u think i am lieing check on facebook or add me on it aiden court it has a pic of my 6 pack kk g2g see u added me tonight or tmos seya later.

Push-ups could be hard to most people who do not used to getting into it. Then, when you start to get used to it, you could easily adapt to it.

Hi, i'm 13 and I do 20-25 pushups and then 10-20 min later i do 20 more and so on.

It's that Ok to get Six Packs Abs.

I'm 14 and male and I'm wanting to know if this will help me in 13 days if I'm average weight, and if this is a good chedule.

1st 3 days:

100 pushups

200 crunches

400 squats

2nd 3 days:

150 pushups

300 crunches

600 squats

3rd 3 days:

200 pushups

400 crunches

800 squats

4th 3 days:

250 pushups

500 crunches

1000 squats

Last day:

100 pushups

200 crunches

400 squats

Is this a good idea?

You shouldn't just do exercise only 10% of a six pack is based on that 90% is nutrition so just eat healthy and keep trying
