5 sets of Atlas dips, feet elevated and regular pushups. I'll take one day rest and will then try to set my new daily record - which so far is 170 pushups.

I'm getting a little bored doing pushups. Starting next month I'll do dips which are also great for triceps and chest and will do pushups just once or twice a week.
